Samantha Wall

Lives and works in Portland, OR

Samantha Wall is originally from Seoul, South Korea and immigrated to the United States as a child. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC, and her Master of Fine Arts from Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA), Portland, OR. Her work has been featured in both solo and group exhibitions regionally and nationally. Wall is the recipient of awards and grants from organizations including the Oregon Arts Commission; Portland, Oregon’s Regional Arts & Culture Council; The Ford Family Foundation’s Hallie Ford Fellowship; and The Joan Mitchell Foundation. She was also a finalist for the Portland Art Museum’s Contemporary Northwest Art Awards 2016 and the winner of the Arlene Schnitzer Prize. Samantha Wall is represented by Russo Lee Gallery.
